90th Anniversary of Catholic Charities of the Texas Panhandle

This year is the 90th Anniversary of Catholic Charities of the Texas Panhandle! We have a rich and wonderful history of helping those in need. It all started with Bishop Rudolph A. Gerken, the first Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Amarillo. He established the agency on Aug. 15, 1932, as Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Amarillo.
