Safe Place

Safe Place is a national youth outreach program that educates thousands of young people every year about the dangers of running away or trying to resolve difficult, threatening situations on their own.

Safe Place Sites

Local businesses that display the yellow and black diamond-shaped Safe Place sign extend the doors to youth in crisis throughout the community. Youth can easily access immediate help wherever they are.

Safe Place Sponsorship

Catholic Charities of the Texas Panhandle Safe Place sponsorship monies remain in the Texas Panhandle and provide funding vital to operating the Safe Place Program and to assisting the youth in need. Costs include training, mileage, lodging, meals, transportation and other needs dependent upon the specific needs of the youth assisted.
